Players need this code to open the register form. Change it each season and DM it to players — 8+ characters keeps guessers out. It is checked by the server, never stored in the page.

Every new registration and waitlist sign-up is emailed here the moment it lands — who signed up, their details, and which payment plan they picked. Leave it empty to turn the emails off. (Zelle and Venmo happen off the site, so the money itself can't be detected — tick DOWN / PAID yourself when it arrives.)

DOWN ✓ = the $100 down payment came in · PAID ✓ = paid in full (Zelle/Venmo — tick it yourself when the money lands). The CSV downloads whichever sport is selected above — that list goes straight to the jersey order.

waiver on any row opens that player's signed waiver — the exact document they agreed to, with their typed signature, the date, and the submission details. Print it, or choose "Save as PDF", and keep it for your records. PRINT SIGNED WAIVERS does the whole selected list at once, one player per page.

Waitlist

Each sport has its own waitlist code — DM it to people when the season is full. It opens a waitlist form instead of registration, on the same register page. Codes work like the season code: server-checked, change any time.

Backups

A copy of this list is taken every Sunday morning and the last 12 are kept. Download one now and then and keep it somewhere safe.
